This service includes a high-resolution digital drum scan of your artwork; color corrected as necessary and reduced size proofs printed on your stock of choice. This one-time set-up charge per original covers the scanning service, color correction, up to three (3) 8" X 10" proofs, and in-house archiving for future orders.

This service includes a high-resolution digital capture of your artwork; color corrected as necessary and reduced size proofs printed on your stock of choice. Shipping & Handling

Unless otherwise specified, we will ship by the most economical carrier, either UPS or Fedex Ground Services. However if you already have an account with a major shipping company, we will be happy to honor your preference. All orders are shipped flat with the exception of full-sheet canvas prints, which are rolled and packaged within heavyweight freight tubes. A nominal handling fee is charged for packaging your order and is based on the size and overall quantity of the shipment.

Return Policy

We will replace any print that is damaged in shipment. Should your order be damaged, you must notify us immediately at the time of delivery by calling (203) 743-4611, otherwise the order shall be deemed inspected and accepted by you.

We will accept for refund any print that you are not completely satisfied with providing the print is shipped back to us in its original packing material and container in perfect condition. The return shipment must be fully insured by the buyer. All prints must be returned within 15 days of receipt to Impact Arts, 4 Eagle Road, Danbury, CT 06810.
